Fundraising Dinners “Secret Gathering”
The family of the founders of the “Get Together for Ukraine” foundation has launched the series of charity welcome dinners for ukrainian people in our neighborhood, who came to the Netherlands after the invasion. We wanted to make ukrainian neighbors feel more comfortable in a new environment, to make their adaptation easier and connection to dutch culture smoother. So far we have hosted 24 charity dinners for ukrainians since March 2022.
The next step: now we open our doors and invite all Ukrainians to be our guests and to have more happy moments together during Fundraising Dinners “Secret Gathering”.
What can you expect from the charity dinner:
- Become a guest in our home, remember that feeling when you are invited to be the guest and all that sweet feeling of home?
- Tasty and fresh-cooked dinner and drinks
- Live piano improvisation performance from the talented maestro
- Beautiful decorations and atmosphere
- You are welcome to wear nice dresses, jackets, beautiful hairstyle and makeup
- We will have a photographer, so you’ll get several beautiful photos during the event
- Get-to-know each other activities, lovely talks, new connections, shared joy and happiness
And most importantly, with your contribution you make a difference! All the proceeds from the charity dinner will be donated to Ukrainian foundation «Dopomagaemo» («Допомагаємо»).
Price: Recommended donation minimum 60 Euro.
The guests will be randomly invited (12 people) to our private home in the center of the Hague. The guest can also invite a friend. The final guest list will remain secret for the guests. We will get together in the nicely decorated dining room and enjoy the delicious food.
The menu is amazing, and each course is accompanied by a glass of wine if you like.
The first Secret Gathering #1 will be held on 25th January 2025, Saturday evening. There are only 12 places available for the dinner.

- Next, confirm your booking with pre-payment. Use the “DONATE” button on our website for this. Recommended donation is minimum 60 euro. Save the screen of your donation.
- Our Volunteer will contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours, ask about the screen of donation, and write you the detailed address and time of the event.
